This is the Twister grinding cup wheel. available in fine and medium grit.(medium grit) in the video.The Twister has a resin insert which also contains diamond, this helps to give a smooth contact on the stone and stop the wheel from bouncing.
Available in fine and medium grits with an m14 thread to fit to most grinders or polishers.
